Who can attend Live Fire Youth?

Live Fire Youth welcomes all youth in grades 7 – 12. At Live Fire Youth we do our best to accommodate all youth regardless of church membership, race, gender, lifestyle or social status.

Is there a cost associated with attending Live Fire Youth?

While there is generally no cost for our weekly meetings, we do on occasion participate in events such as youth retreats and other outings that have a cost associated with them. We do our best to give as much prior notice as possible when there will be a cost associated with a particular youth event. In the event that cost is the sole factor in stopping a youth from participating in an event, we encourage the youth and their parents to speak with one of our leaders as other arrangements may be made possible on a case by case basis.

Is my youth safe attending Live Fire Youth?

Is my youth safe attending Live Fire Youth? The Sherwood Church of the Nazarene has always been dedicated to providing a safe environment for all its members and those involved in any of its ministries. Since the fall of 2014 the church has adopted the “Plan to Protect” policy meaning that all staff members and volunteers have been screened prior to their involvement in any of the churches ministries, and that each youth’s safety is our number one concern.
